Displaying Incident Association Lines
You can display the link between an incident and the asset or assets that it has been raised against. Once enabled, incident lines are drawn based on the theme information of the incident (line colour and visibility). The line type is a dashed line. Incidents in collection networks use US and DS node IDs and a link suffix (a property ID to link to a property, and a connection pipe ID). More than one incident can be associated with an asset. Incidents in distribution networks can be associated with a pipe, node, and property, but the pipe ID format does not include a link suffix.
To turn the option on and off:
- Right-click on the GeoPlan Window and choose Properties & Themes from the popup menu. This displays the GeoPlan Properties Dialog.
- Switch to the Visual Page.
- Check or un-check the Show incident association lines box.
