Innovyze operates a back-office customer database system, which is used to log support enquiries. Please contact the support team using the Support Hotline, Support Fax number, or Support E-Mail Address as detailed above.

If you contact Innovyze by telephone you will be asked to supply a number of details:

• Your name
• Your company details
• Innovyze product name and version number
• Operating system on which the software is running
• The level of urgency of the problem
• A brief description of the enquiry, fault or problem

If you contact the support team by fax or e-mail, please include all this information. It will help us to deal with your request more quickly.

Once we have all these details, you will be given a Ticket Number. This is the reference number for your request and will be used in all further communications from Innovyze about the request. Please include this number if you contact us again about the same problem.

A Technical Services Engineer will then contact you in due course.
