Associating Smoke Defects with Smoke Tests
When creating a Smoke Defect Observation on the GeoPlan Window, the observation will be automatically associated with the Smoke Test nearest to the observation (within a search radius of 100 m).
To override the automatic association: select a Smoke Test for association before creating the observation. If there is one selected Smoke Test on the GeoPlan, then the selected test will be used for association.
Joining Selected Smoke Defects with Tests
Smoke Defect Observations that are not associated with a Smoke Test can be automatically associated to the nearest test:
- Select the Smoke Defect Observations to be associated
- Choose Join/connect | Join selected smoke defects with tests from the Selection menu
The selected Smoke Defect Observations will be associated with the nearest Smoke Test (within a search radius of 100 m).
