Repairs Editor

The Repairs Editor is used to view the Pipe Repair objects with which the current CCTV Survey is associated.

The editor is displayed by clicking the button from the Pipe repairs field in the CCTV Survey object properties window Property Sheet, or by displaying the Repairs page in the tabbed Property Sheet.

The pipe repair details are displayed in read only grids.

The pipe repair objects displayed in the Pipe repairs for review from this CCTV survey grid are those repairs with the Review CCTV survey ID (after) field set to the ID of the current CCTV Survey.

The pipe repair objects displayed in the Pipe repairs arising from this CCTV survey grid are those repairs with the Review CCTV survey ID (before) field set to the ID of the current CCTV Survey.

Click the Edit all in grid view button for a grid to display an editable pipe repair grid window containing the repair objects in that grid.

The following actions can be carried out on selected rows in the grid:

• Re-activate - examines the Completed and Closed fields of the repairs currently selected in the grid. For each of these objects that has its Completed and/or Closed field set to Yes, this tool:
  • sets the Completed and Closed fields to No
  • clears the Date completed and Date closed fields
• Mark complete - examines the Completed field of the repairs currently selected in the grid. For each of these objects that has its Completed field set to No, this tool:
  • sets the Completed field to Yes
  • sets the Date completed field to today's date
• Close - examines the Closed field of the repairs currently selected in the grid. For each of these objects that has its Closed field set to No, this tool:
  • sets Closed field to Yes
  • sets the Date closed field to today's date
