New Form dialog

This dialog is used to select a template on which to base a new form.

The dialog is displayed by clicking the dropdown arrow beneath the New icon in the Forms group of the Forms tab.

Item Description
Name (column) The template name. You can select one template in this column.
Description (column) Includes whether the form is for a collection network or a distribution network.
OK Opens a new form with layout and controls based on the selected template.
