Intermediate Paths Trace
The Intermediate Paths Trace tool allows you to view and select all the paths that exist between two selected nodes.
To carry out an intermediate paths trace:
- select exactly two nodes
- choose Tracing tools | Intermediate paths from the GeoPlan menu.
InfoWorks ICM will trace all routes between the two nodes and select all nodes and links on those routes. If no route is found, a message is displayed.
If no path is found between two nodes they may be located in separate sub-networks. You could use the Connectivity Trace tool to check the extents of the sub-networks.
