Master Group window

The Master Group window allows a second model group to be displayed in addition to the model group displayed in the Model Group window.

The intended use of the Master Group window is to display a 'master' model group containing a number of standard items used by other model groups in the database. For example, the master model group may contain a GeoExplorer, standard demand diagrams, electricity tariffs, etc.

You can turn the display of the Master Group window on and off by selecting Window | Master Group window.

The functionality available in the Master Group window is the same as that in the Model Group window, with one exception:

• Opening a model group in the Master Group window (by right-clicking and selecting Open, or by dragging a model group onto the background area), will open the group in the Model Group window, not the Master Group window.
