Exporting Survey Data
CCTV Survey and Manhole Survey data contained in a network can be exported to a number of formats. Data can be exported for the whole network, one or more zones, or currently selected objects.
Survey data can be exported to the following formats using the Export survey data option:

Note: In order to support the correct prefix for the XML tag when exporting manhole surveys in the RibX XML format, ensure that you have chosen the appropriate Cleaning activity property for the relevant manhole surveys. If set to Manhole, this will result in a "J" prefix and an "E" prefix when set to Gully.

Note: Invalid defect codes will not be exported.
- Click OK.
All files are exported to the chosen directory. Data files use the name selected. Image files are given a unique identifier and do not retain the filenames they had when imported.
A log file displays any export errors, with each type of error shown differently. You should use this information to correct the original data.
