Update Network from General Survey Data Dialog
This dialog is used to define the options to be used when updating asset location and condition information from General Survey and General Survey Line data.
It is displayed when the Update from general surveys option is selected from the Network menu.

Update from general surveys | Check this option to include General survey objects in the network update. |
Update from general survey lines | Check this option to include General survey line objects in the network update. |
Copy flags from survey data | Check this option to import any flags stored with the survey data |
Flag for changed |
Select a flag from the drop-down list to be used as a default flag for all imported data. This option will be disabled if the Copy flags from survey data option is checked. |
Use only selected surveys | Check this option to update the network using only the currently selected general surveys and/or general survey lines. |
Create assets from surveys | Check this option to allow new asset objects to be created from general survey and/or general survey line data. |
Update asset location from surveys | Check this option to allow the coordinates of asset objects to be updated from general survey and/or general survey line data. |
Copy and overwrite attachments by purpose |
Check this option to copy attachments from the survey to the updated asset. The Purpose field of the survey attachment will be matched to the asset's attachment Purpose field.

Treat surveys on the same day as one survey |
Check this option to consider surveys with the same Survey date as a single survey. If there are multiple surveys for a particular asset that have the same Survey date, the asset will be updated with the greatest surveyed Overall condition value. If the Update asset location from surveys option has been checked, asset location will not be updated if the coordinates of associated surveys on the same day differ. |
