Edit Completed Local Report dialog

This dialog is displayed when you try to edit a completed report that has not been uploaded yet.

Item	Description
Yes	Overwrites the existing information that has been collated within the report. This opens the report, ready for editing.
No	Aborts the editing process and close the dialog.
