Select Tracks dialog

This dialog allows you to select the users that you want to track, and is also used when clearing tracking data from the database.

The dialog is displayed when:

Date selection tools
From/ To

Dropdown calendar tool for specifying the start and end dates for the tracking data.

Available when selecting users and devices that you want to track.
Delete before

Dropdown calendar tool for specifying a date before which you want to clear tracking data from the database.

Available when selecting users and devices whose tracking data you want to clear from the database.
User tab
Selection If checked, tracking will be shown for this user.
User name

These are the user details as specified on the User dialog.

Notes:

  • The tracks colour in the Color column can be overridden by clicking into the cell and using the colour selection tool.
  • If no tracks colour has been set for a tracked user then a message will be shown and you will have to temporarily assign a colour before proceeding. You can set the user's tracks colour permanently on the User dialog.

Field Device tab
Selection If checked, tracking will be shown for this device.
Device name A list of devices based on automatically detected field licences.
Color

The colour automatically assigned to this device for tracking purposes.

The assigned colour can be changed by clicking into the cell and using the colour selection tool.
Refresh Updates the lists of users and devices.
Clear

Clears all boxes in the Selection columns on both tabs.

Not available when this dialog is used for clearing tracking data from the database.
OK

When selecting users for tracking, this saves your changes, closes the dialog, and shows the selected tracks on the map.

When clearing tracking data from the database, this closes the dialog and clears the tracking data for the selected users and devices.
Cancel Closes the dialog without taking any other action.
