Deleting user defined data flags

Data flags are a powerful tool for recording the source and integrity of data in your model.

Data flags can be deleted only by administrators. Other users may mark flags as obsolete.

The standard (#) data flags cannot be deleted.

To delete flags:

1. Choose File | Master database settings | User defined flags.

   This displays the User Defined Flags dialog.

2. Select the flag that you want to delete by clicking the left end of its row.

   You can select multiple rows by holding the Ctrl key while selecting.

3. Click the Delete button, or press the Delete key on your keyboard.
