Displaying simulation graph reports

To display a graph report for a simulation:

  1. Choose Results | Graph Reports | Simulation(s) Report.

    The Simulation(s) dialog is displayed.

If a simulation is open, the simulation name will be filled in automatically.

If live data is associated with a selected simulation, the Live Data Configuration box will automatically be set to the associated live data configuration.

  2. If no simulation is open you must enter a simulation name. You can enter multiple simulations.
  3. You must enter either a selection, a live data configuration or both, to define the objects for which data is to be displayed.
  4. To display the full path of the simulation object in the graph title box, check Show Full Path in Title Box. (Uncheck the box to display the simulation name only.)
  5. Click the Produce Graphs button.

This displays the Simulation Report Parameters dialog.

  6. In the dialog, choose the parameters to be displayed in the graph report.

If there are problems with the graph request, the dialog will expand and list the errors. For example, when viewing observed versus predicted data, the model may contain pointers to observed data that doesn't exist in the live data. You will be given the option to continue or quit.

  7. Clicking OK on the Simulation Report Parameters dialog will display the Graph view, showing the data requested.
