Selecting the map control
The current map control (if any) is shown on the General page of the GeoPlan Properties and Themes dialog.
If you are licensed to use more than one map control, and have more than one map control installed on your system, this feature allows you to change the current map control used in the GeoPlan window.
The selected map control will be used for any GeoPlan windows you subsequently open.
To select or change the map control:
- Choose Tools | Options, then select the GeoPlan tab.
- In the Map Control area, choose the required map control from the drop-down list button.
Notes:
- Once you have acquired an ArcGIS Desktop licence, you will have to restart the software before you can use an ArcGIS Engine licence (and vice versa).
- MapXtreme cannot be used without a restart once MapX has been used in the software (and vice versa).
