Pipe Closed Profile page

Allows viewing and editing of a time varying profile of pipe status (closed or open).

Pipe Status Grid

There are two ways to set up the status of a pipe:

• Check the Pipe Closed box to close the pipe for the entire simulation.
• Use the grid to enter opening and closing times for the pipe:
• The status of the pipe set at the first time point on the grid will apply from the start of the simulation
• The status of the pipe set at a particular time point is maintained until another time point changes the status
• If the Repeat Profile box is not checked, the status at the last defined time point applies for the remainder of the simulation
• If the Repeat Profile box is checked, the profile (from 00:00 for the period selected from the Repeat Period dropdown) is repeated for the duration of the simulation.
  

  Please Note

  Important: when using the Repeat Profile option; if the defined profile spans over the selected Repeat Period, the profile will not be repeated.
