Head Discharge Table Data Fields

Head discharge tables are used to define the behaviour of ancillary objects such as pumps by listing the discharge from the ancillary at varying head levels. Mechanical power can also be defined in the table.

In InfoAsset Manager, head discharge tables can be assigned to any type of pump.

Head discharge data can be edited on either the Head Discharge Grid Window of the Asset Grid or the Head Discharge Property Sheet.

To view and edit all head discharge data, use the Property Sheet.

The following describes all the data that can be used to define head discharges.

Head discharge power table

The records for the head, discharge and power are entered on the grid in the Head discharge power table window which is displayed by clicking on the button. The grid values will be displayed on the adjacent graph in the Head discharge power table window.

Normally data should be stored in ascending order of head. However, Rotodynamic pumps, which also make use of the power record, require the data to be listed in descending order.
