Reports Menu
The Reports menu is available when a GeoPlan Window is the current window. See the Generating Reports section for further information.
Please note that some reports will not be available to all network types.
The options available in the Reports Menu are as follows:

Summary report... |
Enables production of a short report giving an overview of some or all of the network. |

Validation report... |
Enables production of a report listing all validation errors and warnings for some or all of the network. |

Manhole report... |
Enables production of a report providing detailed information about selected manhole objects in the network. |

Defect report... |
Enables production of a report in which all defects are reported for some or all of the manholes in the network (Collection Networks only). |

Incident report... |
Enables production of a report listing details of a selection of incident objects in the network. |
| General asset report... | Enables production of a report listing details of a selection of general asset objects in the network. |
| Custom table report... | Enables production of customised reports for a selection of objects (of the same type) in the network. |

Survey reports |
Contains menu items enabling production of reports providing summary and detailed information about selected survey objects in the network. |

Repair reports |
Contains menu items enabling production of reports providing summary and detailed information about selected repair objects in the network. |

Depreciation cost report... |
Enables production of a report providing a summary of the depreciation costs which will be incurred from the network assets over a specified reporting year. |

Rehabilitation cost report... |
Provides an alternative method of estimating network asset costs. |

Enables production of a report containing inventory details for a selection of materials in the network. Selecting this option displays the Inventory Report Dialog. |

Report options... |
Enables the format and save location of built-in reports to be specified. Selecting this option displays the Report Options Dialog. |
