Restore Application dialog

The dialog allows you to restore applications that have been deleted. Restoring an application restores its associated forms.

Note: The InfoAsset ManagerOutbound property of the forms related to the restored application will have been cleared and will need to be re-set manually if required.

This dialog is displayed when the Restore... button of the Manage Application dialog is clicked.

List of Applications	The highlighted application is the one that will be restored.
OK	Restores the highlighted application.
