Use Map Information Defaults dialog

This dialog allows you to set the defaults when creating reports from map layers.

The dialog is displayed when the ellipsis button adjacent to the Use Map Information Defaults property of a form is clicked.

Option

Description

Grid

Lists all the available map layers.

Map Layer

Name of the map layer.

Type

Corresponding layer type.

Defaults

Indicates whether defaults have been set up.

A blank field indicates that no default has been configured whereas Set means that

Edit...

Edits the defaults for the map layer selected in the grid.

Clicking on this button displays the Use Map Information dialog where field mapping between map layer information and form fields can be implemented.

Delete

Deletes the defaults for the map layer selected in the grid.

Clicking on this button displays a warning message.

Saves your changes and closes the dialog.

Cancel

Aborts the default setting operation and closes the dialog.
