Work Order Approval Management dialog
This dialog is accessible only if Work Order Approval has been enabled for the application and is only available to System Administrators and Administrators.
This dialog allows you to add new approval level rules, set them up, and edit or delete them.
It lists the current work order approvals with the following information: description, InfoAsset Manager network object the approval is associated to, threshold, users to notify and number of required approvals.
Tips:
- Work order approval rules relate to InfoAsset Manager network objects, not reports.
- You can see all the work orders that are awaiting approval in the Work Orders Awaiting Approval dialog, which is accessible by selecting Awaiting Approval from the Reports tab.
The dialog is displayed when Work Order Approval is selected from the Work Orders group of the Reports tab.
