Default Text Editor

This editor allows you to customise text boxes on a form.

Default text may contain static, dynamic, or combined information.

This editor is displayed:

when a text control is double-clicked on a form layout, or
when the ellipsis button adjacent to the Default Text property of the control property box is clicked.

Option	Description
Default Text	Text box containing the default text that will appear in the text box control on the form / report.
Available Controls	Drop down list containing available controls (dynamic data such as text and numeric fields that are present on the form, as well as generic date controls) that can be used to compose the default text.
