Head unit flow

Head unit flow tables are used to define the relationship between head difference and unit flow through the 2D Boundary when the Boundary line type is set to Level & Head/discharge, where head difference is the difference between upstream water level and either downstream water level or crest level, whichever is higher.

For InfoWorks networks, a head unit flow table can also define the relationship between head and flow per unit length of crest of Base Linear Structures (2D) that have Structure type set to User control, where head is the difference between the upstream water level and either the downstream water level or the crest level of the structure, whichever is higher.

Linear interpolation is used between given values, (if a unit flow of zero is assumed at zero head if not specified). Linear extrapolation is used outside the given range.
