Network Preferences
Network preferences are network-specific properties that apply to a network. They are different from global preferences (or database-wide preferences), which apply to the entire master database.
Network preferences are stored with the network and apply to all users.
By default, network preferences can be edited by all users. However, these preferences can be protected in order to allow only edits by owners (all owner roles. See User Permissions for more information) to be saved.
There are a large number of network preferences.

Copying / pasting network preferences
Network preferences are copied and pasted whenever the network itself is copied and pasted.
