Grid Report (Service Level Summary) view
This view displays counts of failures to meet the required service level.
The types of report that can be produced are:
- report on nodes
- report on customer points
Notes:
- If a base simulation is selected, only nodes or customer
points that failed level of service criteria in the base
simulation, but not in the simulation-to-compare,
will be reported in the grid.
- Nodes or customer points that failed level of service
criteria in both the base simulation and the simulation to be compared
will not be reported, unless the node / customer point fails a pressure
threshold criteria.
The view is displayed by selecting
, then completing the Service Level dialog. The fields displayed in the grid depend on the options selected on the dialog.

|
Percentage of demand change at Nodes / Customer Points between Simulation and base simulation.
This field is only displayed when comparing simulation results to a
base simulation.

Number of Nodes / Customer Points that experienced a loss of supply
during the simulation.

|
(Additional) Isolated Key Customers
|
Number of Key Customers that experienced a loss of supply during the
simulation.
This field is only displayed when reporting on Customer Points.

(Additional) Nodes / Customer Points Below Minimum
Pressure
|
Number of Nodes / Customer Points that experienced a pressure below
the minimum pressure limit for the duration specified in the Grid
Report (Service Level) dialog.

(Additional) Nodes / Customer Points Above Maximum
Pressure
|
Number of Nodes / Customer Points that experienced a pressure above
the maximum pressure limit for the duration specified in the Grid
Report (Service Level) dialog.

Lower Threshold Pressure Changes
|
Number of Nodes / Customer Points at which the Lower Pressure Threshold
specified in the Grid
Report (Service Level) dialog was exceeded during the simulation.
This field is only displayed when comparing against a base simulation.

Upper Threshold Pressure Changes
|
Number of Nodes / Customer Points at which the Upper Pressure Threshold
specified in the Grid
Report (Service Level) dialog was exceeded during the simulation.
This field is only displayed when comparing against a base simulation.

Copies the value(s) of the selected cell(s) to the clipboard. Several cells / rows / columns can be copied simultaneously. |
| Freeze Columns |
Available from the column headers when one or more columns are selected.
Moves the columns to the left side of the grid, and marks them with an extra thick line. When you scroll columns sideways, these frozen columns do not move.

| Unfreeze All Columns |
Available from the column headers when columns have previously been frozen.
Unfreezes all frozen columns.

| Various sorting options |
Sorts data in a single column or in selected rows / columns. |

Level Report for <simulation name> |
Displays the service level report for the selected simulation in the grid view. |
