GeoExplorer Zone Property Sheet

The GeoExplorer Zone Property Sheet allows you to view and edit all the data fields for a GeoExplorer Zone. For more information about these fields, see GeoExplorer Zone Data Fields.

The pages on the GeoExplorer Zone Property Sheet are:

1. Zone Definition Page
2. User Page
3. Hyperlinks Page

The Hyperlinks Page is used to associate external files or internet addresses with objects in the GeoExplorer. These external references are known as hyperlinks.

The types of references that can be included as hyperlinks are:

• files on local or network drives
• internet pages
• links from within internet pages

You can add references by:

• drag and drop from Windows Explorer or your web browser
• browsing for files on local or network drives
• typing the reference in directly

4. Notes Page

The Notes Page is used to enter any relevant information for the network object.

The usual Windows text-editing facilities are available when editing notes. Pressing Enter starts a new paragraph. Use Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V for copy and paste.

To move out of the text area, click a button or press the Tab key.
