Setup Filter dialog
This dialog allows you to configure custom filters for viewing reports in the Scheduler or under the Reports tab. The filter criteria is organised in three separate tabs:
- Dates
- Resources
- Status
The dialog is displayed when the New... button or the Edit... button of the Manage Filters dialog is clicked.
One or several criteria can be set for a single filter.

Resources page |
This page allows the user to filter reports by resource. Show image Note: This page is not available to users who are not allowed to see other users' scheduled reports. The highest user level for users who are not allowed to see reports that are not assigned to them is defined for the application by Administrators using the ScheduleFilterByAllocatedReports property of the Application dialog. The rule applies to users at the specified level or below and any filters then set will be restricted to reports allocated to that user, unallocated or unscheduled reports.

Status page |
This page allows the user to filter reports by status. Show image Each option has an All permitted value, which is the value selected by default.
