Approval Level
Approval level objects are Resourcing Objects containing the details of a particular type of approval. There is a cost threshold at which the approval is required, and details of whose approval is required (approving officers).
Task type the approval level applies to, cost threshold and required approval number are defined in the Approval Level object property sheet. Approval levels can be specific to a particular type of scheduled task, or, if the Task type field is left blank – generic to all tasks. InfoAsset Manager can been set to automatically manage task approval statuses and levels. Please refer to the Managing Approval Statuses and Levels topic for more details.
Approval levels can be viewed and edited from the Approval Level Grid Window in the Resource Grid.
To create a new Approval Level, manually enter the corresponding data in the Approval Level tab of the Resource Grid . Please refer to the Digitising Network Objects topic for further information.
There is no navigation available from and to the Approval Level object.
