Application

An application is a collection of forms. The system works with one application and network at a time, therefore all server uploads should be completed before changing application.

Form

A form is a user-designed template to allow the collection of information to create a report. Forms may be created using items from the generic Toolbox and / or a single InfoAsset Manager object. Once completed, forms can be published to allow other users to use them to create reports. Forms can be created only by using the Office version of InfoAsset Mobile.

Report

A report is created using a form; once saved or completed it will appear on the saved or the Completed tabs.

Schedule

Tasks may be scheduled within InfoAsset Mobile based on date fields present on a form. Once scheduled, they will appear on the Scheduler, colour-coded to indicate their state: red for overdue, or green for completed on time.
