Service Level Summary dialog

The Service Level Summary dialog allows you to modify the settings of the Service Level Summary report. The default service level summary inherits settings from the main Critical Links Analysis (CLA) options.

You can add further settings as in the existing Service Level Summary report.

The dialog is displayed from the Critical Link Analysis view when you click the Service level report options button.

Pressure Threshold Criteria

Maximum Decrease in Lower Pressure (%)	The allowable percentage decrease in lower pressure threshold when comparing against a base simulation. If decrease in lower threshold falls below this target, a failure is reported. Lower pressure threshold is the lowest pressure that was experienced for the specified (continuous) Duration.
Duration (Lower Pressure Threshold)	The duration to be used when calculating lower pressure threshold for a simulation.
Maximum Increase in Upper Pressure (%)	The allowable percentage increase in upper pressure threshold when comparing against a base simulation. If increase in upper threshold exceeds this target, a failure is reported. Upper pressure threshold is the highest pressure that was exceeded for the specified (continuous) Duration.
Duration (Upper Pressure Threshold)	The duration to be used when calculating upper pressure threshold for a simulation.

Available only if Report on: Nodes has been selected.

If you are creating a node report, and have set the highest property for each node, you can use this additional information and create service level reports either for the Nodes or for the Highest Property served by each node.

Report on

Nodes	When selected, the service level summary will report on nodes.
Customer Points	When selected, the service level summary will report on customer points.
