Docking windows toolbar

Buttons for opening or closing the various types of docking window.

	Model Group window	Repeated clicking opens ten successive Model Group windows. The first window is docked to the left. The next eight are opened as floating windows. The tenth and last window is opened as the Master Group window and is docked to the right.
	Output window	Shows or hides the Output window.
	Thematic Key window	Shows or hides the Thematic Key window.
	Data Flags window	Shows or hides the [Data] Flag window.
	Spacial Bookmarks window	Shows or hides the Spatial Bookmarks window.
	Run Control window	Shows or hides the Run Control window.
	Job View window	Shows or hides the Job View window.
	Job Progress window	Shows or hides the Job Progress window.
