What's new in InfoWorks WS Pro version 4.5

This topic lists the additions and improvements incorporated in InfoWorks WS Pro Version 4.5 which were not available in previous versions.

Change object type for a selection of objects

You can now change the object type of several objects at the same time. See Changing network object type.

Update demand diagrams from live data

You can now update demand diagrams from telemetry. This makes live data update of demand available within InfoWorks WS Pro. The name of the live data point is now remembered when you use the Add button. You can create new (and update existing) direct demand patterns from multiple live data points. You can also set the live data points from within the demand diagram view. See Creating and updating demand diagrams and Demand Diagram dialog (demand diagram editor).

New flushing workbook export to CSV

You can now export the flushing schedule to CSV. See Flushing Scheduler - Schedule page.

Support for PI WebAPI

Live data can now be obtained through a PI Web API connection. See Live Data grid - Live Data Logon view and Live Data grid - Live Data Feed view.

Trace nodes increased from 10 to 30 nodes

A maximum of thirty nodes is now included in an isolation trace. A message is displayed if this number is exceeded. See About the isolation trace.

Update from SQL Server database using ODIC

You can now use the Open Data Import Centre to import data from a SQL Server database into an existing or new network. See Open Data Import Centre dialog.

New display names option for service level reporting

You can now select the object identifier that is to be used as the name for objects. See Display Names dialog.
