Damage Receptor Results Data Fields
Results fields are displayed on the points results grid
When risk analysis results are loaded on the GeoPlan, a dropdown list of return periods is displayed in the top left corner of the point results grid and in the GeoPlan. Risk analysis results values will be displayed for the return period selected.

Help Text |
Attribute |
|
---|---|---|---|
Max depth 2D |
Maximum depth of water in 2D elements associated with Damage Receptor. (Displayed when hydraulic results are loaded in the GeoPlan.) |
Y | DEPTH2D |
Flood duration |
Number of hours over which depth in any of the 2D elements associated with the Damage Receptor exceeds inundation threshold specified in the Advanced tab of the 2D Parameters Dialog. Note: the Damage calculation timestep multiplier in the 2D Parameters Dialog can be used to control the timestep at which flood duration results are calculated. (Displayed when hydraulic results are loaded in the GeoPlan.) |
HOURS | FLOODDURATION |
Max level |
Maximum elevation in 2D elements associated with Damage Receptor A blank field indicates no inundation. (Displayed when hydraulic results are loaded in the GeoPlan.) |
Z | MAXLEVEL2D |
Max speed |
Maximum velocity of water in 2D elements associated with Damage Receptor. (Displayed when hydraulic results are loaded in the GeoPlan.) |
V | SPEED2D |
Max unit flow |
Maximum unit flow in 2D elements associated with Damage Receptor. (Displayed when hydraulic results are loaded in the GeoPlan.) |
UQ | MAXUNITFLOW2D |
Floor level |
Damage Receptor floor level A blank field indicates that a floor level has not been specified for the Damage Receptor. (Displayed when hydraulic results are loaded in the GeoPlan.) |
Z | FLOORLEVEL |
Max depth |
Maximum depth at Damage Receptor taking floor level into account: A blank field indicates that depth did not exceed inundation threshold, (specified in the Advanced tab of the 2D Parameters Dialog), at any of the 2D elements associated with the Damage Receptor. If Floor level is not specified, the maximum depth at the Damage Receptor is the largest of the maximum depth values of the 2D elements associated with the Damage Receptor. If Floor level is specified, an effective maximum depth is calculated at each element associated with the Damage Receptor. For each element, the effective maximum depth is the smaller of:
The maximum depth for the Damage Receptor is taken as the largest of the effective maximum depth values. Maximum depth at Damage Receptor taking threshold height into account: If a Threshold height has been specified for the Damage Receptor (in the Damage Receptor Data Fields) then this threshold is subtracted from the largest of the effective maximum depth values. (Displayed when hydraulic results are loaded in the GeoPlan.) |
Y | MAXDEPTHRISK |
Max risk speed |
Maximum speed on the elements associated with the Damage Receptor whose depth is above the inundation threshold. A blank field indicates that no elements associated with the Damage Receptor have depths above the inundation threshold. Used with velocity-dependent damage curves only. (Displayed when hydraulic results are loaded in the GeoPlan.) |
V | MAXSPEEDRISK |
Time to peak inundation |
The time from the start of the simulation to the first occurrence of Max depth (MAXDEPTHRISK). (Displayed when risk analysis object results are loaded in the GeoPlan.) |
TD | T_PEAK_2D |
Annual damage |
Annual damage for selected return period. Annual damage is calculated by multiplying the largest of the damage values for the return period by the event probability for that return period (see Risk Analysis Runs for details). (Displayed when risk analysis object results are loaded in the GeoPlan.) |
WN_COST | ANLDMG |
Critical duration |
Event duration which gives the worst case damage calculation values for selected return period (see Risk Analysis Runs for details). (Displayed when risk analysis object results are loaded in the GeoPlan.) |
MIN | CRITDUR |
Depth |
Inundation depth for selected return period (see Risk Analysis Runs for details). (Displayed when risk analysis object results are loaded in the GeoPlan.) |
Y | DEPTH |
Expected annual damage |
Expected annual damage (EAD) at Damage Receptor (see Risk Analysis Runs for details). (Displayed when risk analysis object results are loaded in the GeoPlan.) |
WN_COST | EAD |
cmp_<component name> |
Damage values for damage function component (see Risk Analysis Runs for details). (Displayed when risk analysis simulation results are loaded in the GeoPlan.) |
||
Damage |
Total damage at Damage Receptor (see Risk Analysis Runs for details). (Displayed when risk analysis simulation results are loaded in the GeoPlan.) |
WN_COST | DAMAGE |
